PRAYER REQUEST: I am in dire need of a financial blessing. Please pray for me. “J.”

Please be in prayer for the preview class that is being held here this Saturday, Jan. 30 at CFM.   This is for those people who are interested in learning more about our career help program, “48 Days to the Work You Love.”  Many people are unemployed right now and facing discouragement.  Pray for God to draw the right ones to us who are in need of encouragement and a plan to seek employment.  Thank you.  Libby

Remember in prayer all those in Haiti who are suffering.  Multiplied numbers of people are dealing with the loss of family members, friends, income, possessions and much more.   Pray for the distribution of aid that has gone to Haiti and for the safety of those who have gone to serve.  Thank you.  ~Libby

Praise God that He has drawn us closer to Him.  We are not certain what the future will bring, but we are trusting in Him.  Praise for us being drawn together.  Praise for methods to improve financial situation.

A woman requests prayer who has huge medical bills and is feeling very overwhelmed and discouraged by the situation.

A 57 year old gentleman has requested prayer in regard to his finances and online businesses he is starting up.  He filed bankruptcy a few years back after a divorce.  His concern is that he will have to liquidate assets or go through a debt settlement program soon.  He is considering his financial future and wanting to make the right decisions and has a desire to help the less fortunate.  He is a faithful tither and gives of his time in the community.  He says he is trusting the Lord but ” gets into a flux condition which seems to happen at times in my life when I’m about to have some big changes for the better.”

A pastor from India who has started many churches and presently supports pastors and evangelists, has requested prayer for needed financial support for a charity home for children he oversees.

My father has lymphoma but has had a clean bill of health for 6mo. This New Years he had to have surgery and they removed more cancer. My parents are elderly and living on a fixed income and are still trying to pay off the doctor bills from the last round of chemo. My sisters and I struggle to make ends meet with our families and would so badly like to help support our parents financially. Please pray that God opens some doors for our family and that he helps us be good stewards of what he has provided us.

I ask that you pray for my marriage. We are newly weds married for five months. I knew coming into this marriage all his financial problems and thought with God and hard work things would be alright. Now, I am struggling. He keeps tell Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. 23For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. I have a hard time because he wants control of what little money I have. He is claiming to be a day trader and in the process has lost 80K this year. I gave him half of what I had in 401K last year and I am refusing to give him any more. He had 150k in july for selling his lake house and now has 0. Please help me he will not go get a job or even look. He is 53 and was making over 250K when times were good. Now he is broke and owes about 400K and keeps making bad business decsions. I have never wanted for a lot of earthly things just a home that I have owned for 10 years. I am a realtor and willing to take another job. Please pray for me and ask God help me with the decisions I make. Thank you so much. “A.”
